| It's been a long time since the X-treme didn't win a tournament in which it participated. BUT, at the Olney Greater Washington Labor Day Tournament, the X-treme proved something even more important--it can compete with the best U-13 girls' travel teams in the Washington, D.C., area and beyond. Facing two WAGS Division 2 teams (one almost certainly will win its division this year) and a Division 1 team from North Carolina, the X-treme gave up only four goals total in three games and made a big, big statement--the X-treme has a great future and that this team's success has only just begun!!!!!!!! Now, it's time to take care of business in WAGS Division 4. If the girls practice hard and play like they did in the Olney Tournament, we'll have a great, great season!!!!!!! |
